I aim to dispatch each order within 1 – 2 weeks after receiving full, cleared payment. I will send out a dispatch confirmation to the email address provided.
Your order value it will be sent out using the Royal Mail second class/international service and signed for service if it is over £20 in value. For standard service, I will obtain proof of postage and for signed for service I will provide a tracking number.
This will depend on the product ordered, total weight and whether all products can fit into one box.
I will try and combine postage where possible. If you are ordering multiple number of lampshades I am unable to combine these as they are packed in individual boxes. Any overage on postage and packaging costs will be refunded.
If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 14 days of receiving your item, you are entitled to a full refund including original postage cost.
Return the goods in their original packaging to me, please ensure you have proof of delivery in case anything goes wrong. The cost of returning the item back to me is your responsibility and to be borne by you. You have 14 days from date of cancellation to return the item back to me.
I will process your full refund including the original postage cost via your original method of payment no later than 14 days from receipt of returned order or receipt of proof of delivery
Please note that if there are signs of unreasonable usage I may deduct reasonable costs from your full refund but I will notify you before I do so.
All my products go through a stringent quality control check before being sent out however if the goods purchased from me are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice, I will either replace them or will refund you. Please get in touch to discuss arrangements for a refund or replacement, do not destroy or dispose of the ordered item until such arrangements have been agreed.
Please note if the item arrives damaged then this needs to be taken up with Royal Mail and I will work with you to make a claim. If the item goes missing whilst in Royal Mail’s care I will work with you to make a claim and in the meanwhile I will send a replacement.
