I aim to treat all of my customers as I would like to be treated and I would like to keep these terms and conditions as simple as possible for you. Your statutory rights covered by the consumer protection law are not affected by anything here.
You can place an order by going through the Shop on the website www.mobilampshades.co.uk Alternatively you can order directly from Etsy website www.mobilampshades.etsy.com
You can request customisation of my products, please feel free to ask and I will try to accommodate at no additional charge.
All products are made to order and I aim to dispatch your order between 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and payment. All orders will be dispatched no later than 30 days from receipt of order and payment.
Please note the buyer will be responsible for any custom duties and taxes that maybe applicable.
I will automatically confirm your orders receipt and confirm the dispatch of the order by email. I will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Should you be unhappy in any way with any aspect of the service or products you receive from me then please contact me and I will do everything reasonable to resolve any issues.
Your data will not be shared with any other company or third party. Information about you as a customer and the orders you have placed is held in my database.
I accept immediate payment using Paypal. Please note it is also possible to pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal without having a Paypal account. Work will not commence until full payment has been received.
If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 14 days of receiving your lampshade,

Return the goods in their original packaging to me, please ensure you have proof of delivery in case anything goes wrong. The cost of returning the item back to me is your responsibility and to be borne by you. You have 14 days from date of cancellation to return the lampshade back to me.
I will process your full refund including the original postage cost via your original method of payment, no later than 14 days from receipt of returned lampshade or proof of delivery
Please note that if there are signs of unreasonable usage I may deduct reasonable costs from your full refund but I will notify you before I do so.
All my products go through a stringent quality control check before being sent out however if the goods purchased from me are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice, I will either replace them or will refund you. Please get in touch to discuss arrangements for a refund or replacement, do not destroy or dispose of the lampshade until such arrangements have been agreed.
Please note if the item arrives damaged then this needs to be taken up with Royal Mail and I will work with you to make a claim. If the item goes missing whilst in Royal Mail’s care I will work with you to make a claim and I will send a replacement.
Any contract for your purchase of goods and services from mobilampshades is governed by the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts.
